Many of us do software

Many of us do software development for the most part, but we also have many struggles with work outside of software development because the companies that we work for simply don't know how to function well. One discussion that I'd really enjoy is Agile outside of software. For instance, how can a small, medium, and/or large company apply agile techniques to more than just software development? Does it make sense for other areas of business such as executive-level stuff? What about HR? What can these areas of our companies learn from what we have to share (and learn) ourselves?
